 The Elegant® range of office recycling containers has been designed with the workplace in mind. It is the ideal solution for businesses and schools looking to decrease their waste management costs and improve their recycling habits. The containers, with a generous capacity of 100 litres, are surprisingly lightweight so can be easily moved around their environment if necessary, yet are sturdy and robust so will not wobble over or become damaged. Manufactured from impact resistant polyethylene, the Elegant® Office Recycling containers will not rust, chip or flake. The containers are available with a white body and coloured lids. The lid of the container is colour coded for the different material streams, compliant to WRAP's ‘RecycleNow' campaign guidelines (red for plastic, blue for paper, pink for electrical, grey for cans, green for glass and orange for tapes & discs). The openings of the lids are also customised for the different waste streams, with a small slot for paper, tapes and discs; and a round slot for plastics, glass, cans. In addition, the recycling containers come complete with stickers for the material streams. The chances of contamination are limited, with six areas where stickers can be applied to personalise the container with sorting instructions - a circular area on each side (137mm diameter), and two rectangular areas on two sides (210mm x 295mm). Emptying the container could not be more quick and simple; the lid lifts off effortlessly and the container can be emptied by lifting out the plastic bag liner. Then a new plastic liner should be inserted into the container in preparation for emptying next time, and the lid can be placed back on to the container with ease.
